Oliver is located 20km from the southern edge of Skaha Lake, with Osooyos a further 20km south just shy of the US border. Both towns are home to around 5,000 people and are a perfect choice for relocators and retirees.
Compared to other bustling neighbourhoods in the region, the average real estate prices in Oliver and Osooyos are slightly lower, offering more bang for your buck in these beautiful surroundings.
